How to access Voice Logs?

Note: You can only access logs for up to the previous 7 days. It is not possible to access logs for dates more than 7 days old.

To access Voice Logs, take the following steps:

1. Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard.
    

2. Select the Logs option from the Voice and Video menu in the left panel. The Logs page is displayed:
   
   
   
   The Logs page shows you details of all your conversations from your flows.

   You can filter logs by Call ID and Application name for up to the previous 7 days.
