Yes, completing a Verified Sender Form provides a simple layer of verification for your Toll-Free messaging campaign and is required to enable messaging. All toll-free numbers (TFNs) must be Verified in order to originate traffic.

Keep in mind that TFNs that are Unverified (have not yet been submitted for verification) or Pending Verification (submitted for verification and the request is pending review and approval) are subject to blocking.
