What are Delivery Receipts and are they available on TFN?

The following types of delivery receipts are available for Toll-Free Numbers (TFN):

• Network delivery receipt - which basically relays to the brand that a message has been sent to a carrier.

• Handset delivery receipt - The second, more important delivery receipt is the handset delivery receipt which originates from a consumer's handset and confirms that message has been received at the handset.  Sinch passes these handset delivery receipts on to you, so you know when a message has been received on the phone.  These are supported on Toll-Free numbers to ensure complete transparency of what happens to each one of your messages.
