HTTP Error ’403 - ERROR: Access Denied’

If you are connecting using the HTTP interface, and the connection is denied with the HTTP Error 'Error 403 - ERROR: Access Denied', then before Digital Interconnect can investigate this issue, the following information must be provided:

• Hub Account (old or new)
• Login details
• Source IP Address
• Destination Port Number
• Error Message.
