Can Message Manager automatically manage opt-outs?

This is a common request from customers who need to send automatic replies to subscribers.

Sinch can work with you to implement a solution for this. If you have acquired a dedicated short code, part of the regulatory requirement is for the enterprise to setup auto-responses for keywords such as HELP and STOP for example.

Using our Message Manager solution, we can setup campaigns where the Message Manager will auto-respond with given content to such keywords. You can also verify these messages through your Message Manager portal login where you will be able to track the messages, and download reports if needed.
