The Sinch MMS platform supports multiple content and file types, including images, audio, video, long text, documents, calendar files, and contact cards. Review the tables below for accepted MIME types, file extensions, and known content restrictions.
Supported Content Types
The Sinch MMS platform supports the following content types:

| Images | Static images and animated GIFs. |
| Audio | Digital audio files. |
| Video | Moving visual media. |
| Long Text | Messages exceeding the SMS 160-character limit. Supports up to 5,000 characters per slide. |
| PDF Documents | Documents using the PDF format. |
| Calendars (iCal) | Calendar invitations and scheduling information. |
| vCard | Electronic business cards containing contact information. |
| Microsoft Excel | XLS and XLSX spreadsheet attachments. |
Note: Support for these content types varies by carrier and Device Type.

Content Restrictions
The following content restrictions currently apply:

| Not supported on Toll-Free senders. | |
| Not supported for Google Voice on any 10DLC sender. | |
| vCard | Not supported in Australia. |
