What information do I need to include when signing up for the Sinch Build Dashboard?

When signing up for the Sinch Build dashboard, to ensure your sign-up process is as smooth as possible, we recommend you use your company/business email address and where possible avoid free mail email addresses. Using free email addresses i.e. Gmail and Hotmail is more likely to trigger our fraud prevention measures and can lead to failed email verifications.

If you are still having issues signing up - please contact the Sinch online team: onlineteam@sinch.com and include the following information:

• Company Name
• Company Email or email address you used to sign up.
• Company Address.
