RCS messages in the US are classified into two types: Rich and Rich Media.
- Rich Messages: Text-only, 160 characters, suggested replies, limited actions (dial, open URL).
- Rich Media Messages: Includes media (images, videos), all suggested replies/actions, WebView, cards, carousels, up to 100MB payload.
