How do you create a verified LINE Official account?

Note: You can only create a verified LINE Official account in four countries: Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Creating a LINE Official account is free. To create a free LINE account, go to: LINE for Business and complete the steps described.

Once you have created your official LINE account, then you need to pass LINE’s review process to have a verified account – you get this option once you have created the basic account. You will be asked to provide the following information during the verification process:

• Company description, website, pictures of the physical stores (if any).
• Name of the administrator and provide employment certificate or ID card or business card.
• Business registration.
• Premium ID (How to get LINE Premium ID).

Once you have submitted the above information, the review process normally takes about 10 business days.
