Campaign Statuses
This table describes the various campaign statuses:
| Pending Review | Campaign is pending review by the Sinch Team. |
| Reviewing | Campaign is being reviewed by the Sinch Team. |
| Awaiting Client Update | Campaign has been reviewed by Sinch and requires action from the client. |
| Ready for Carrier Submission | All requested changes have been made by the client and the campaign is ready for carrier submissions. |
| Submitted to Carriers | Campaign has been submitted to all carriers. |
| Completed | Campaign has been approved and provisioned by all carriers and has passed certification testing. Campaign is LIVE! |
Carrier Statuses
This table describes the various Carrier statuses:
| Pending | Campaign is pending review by the Sinch team. |
| Submitted | Campaign has been submitted to this carrier. |
| Approved | Campaign has been approved by this carrier. |
| Provisioned by Carrier | Short Code has been provisioned by this carrier. |
| Provisioned by Sinch | Short Code has been provisioned internally and added to client’s account. |
| Request Client Cert | Campaign is ready to be tested by Sinch (this is selected by the client). |
| Request Carrier Cert | Campaign has passed Sinch certification and is pending certification with the carrier (only required for T-Mobile). |
| Certified | Campaign has passed certification on this carrier and it is now LIVE! |
