How can I stop receiving results from Smart Conversations?

Smart Conversations is a collection of add-on features for Conversation API that passes received messages to the Sinch proprietary Machine Learning (ML) API engine. The ML engine collects and analyzes the message(s) and, based on the features enabled, Smart Conversations uses these analyses to make your customer conversations more effective and insightful. 

There are two ways you can stop receiving results from Smart Conversations:

• Remove the webhook trigger
• Update the configuration of your Conversation API app

Smart Conversations is only configurable on the Sinch Build Dashboard. If you have signed up with Sinch, you will see the configuration options available on your Conversation API app.
