My Sinch account is blocked. What should I do?

Your account might have been blocked as all the available credit has been used up. Such accounts will  be temporarily suspended .

To re-activate the account please make a payment against any outstanding invoice or top-up the account.

To add credit to your account you can make a top-up payment using credit card, PayPal, or you can make a payment by bank transfer using the details provided in the invoice. Refer to the Adding Credit to your Sinch Build Dashboard Account article for more information about how to do this.
