Can I get a receipt for my payment?

For payments made by credit card or PayPal, a payment receipt is generated. 

For payments made using bank transfers, a payment receipt is not generated but the transaction is registered on the account. In addition, the invoice against which the payment is made using a bank transfer, will be marked as paid upon successful receipt of the payment. Confirmation of payment is also seen on the customer bank account and when payment is received into the Sinch bank account, it is allocated to the invoice confirming the payment.
