Prepay month end statement (online sales invoice)

Pre-paid customers are those who sign up themselves using the Sinch Build Dashboard and are referred to as Online customers. They make payments in advance of using Sinch services by adding credit online using the dashboard.

For customers signed with any other Sinch legal entity, you can download the prepay usage details from the Usage section, which is in the Billing section on the Sinch Build Dashboard.
