My billing details have changed. How can I update them?

Changing your Billing Details

To make any changes to the billing details (for example, address, e-mail address), please contact your Account Manager. The e-mail address of your Account Manager can be found at the bottom right of your invoice or in the Account Settings section of the Sinch Build Dashboard.

Changing your Registered Company Details

To change the details of your registered company you must contact your Account Manager and provide supported documentation so that they in turn can contact Finance Ops to review before making the requested changes.
