How can I prevent my Sinch Account from getting blocked?

Your Sinch account can get blocked when all the available credit has been used up. A low balance warning email is sent before the account gets blocked. To prevent the account from getting blocked, please make a payment when the ‘low balance warning’ email is received.

Note: There are three low-balance notification levels available. Depending on your daily usage you will need to decide which combinations of these levels you want to use and what limits you want to set to trigger the notifications. 

For enterprise customers, to ensure you receive the low balance warning emails, please get in touch with your Account Manager. The e-mail ID of your Account Manager can be found at the bottom right of your invoice or in the Account Settings section of the Sinch build dashboard.

For self-serve customers, you can set your low balance notification limits, by accessing the Credit Management page in the Billing section of the SInch Build Dashboard.
