Sinch Engage Classic Make tags mandatory

You can make it mandatory for agents to add at least one tag to a conversation before ending it.

To make tags mandatory:

1. Go to Conversations > Settings and select the Tags tab.
2. Turn on the Tags are mandatory when ending conversations switch just above the table. Now agents will not be able to end a conversation without first adding a tag to it.
