Edit or delete an existing tag with Sinch Engage Classic

Only administrators can edit or delete an existing tag.

To edit or delete an existing tag:

1. Go to Conversations > Settings and select the Tags tab in the top menu.
2. In the table, click the three dots on the left side of the tag name and select Edit or Delete.
3. Confirm your actions in the pop up.
