Editing or deleting a predefined note using Sinch Engage Classic

If the same notes are regularly used by agents, administrators can define a set of notes predefined notes for fast and easy selection. 

To edit or delete a predefined note:

1. Go to Conversations > Settings and select the Notes tab.
2. In the table, click the three dotson the left side of the note's name and select Edit or Delete.
3. Confirm your actions in the pop up.
