Using Widgets for Channels in for Sinch Engage Classic

A widget is a customizable web component that includes the entry point to your channel(s). You can embed it on any website or webpage that you own. 

There are three types of widgets available in Sinch Engage Classic:

1. Chip
   Note: If you select the Webchat channel when creating a widget, your widget will automatically be created as a chip widget. Read more about connecting your Webchat channel.
   
   
    

2. Cube
   
   

    

3. Card
   
   
    

For each type of widget you can personalize:

• style (color, size, padding)
• channels
• language.
