Editing a newsletter in Sinch Engage Classic

Note: This article is intended for customers who have access to the following options in the Campaigns menu: Newsletter and Settings options.

You can edit newsletters that are in Draft or Scheduled status, but not ones in Published status. You can edit all information related to the newsletter's configuration: content, audience, and sending time.

To edit a newsletter: 

1. Go to Campaigns > Newsletter.
    
2. In the Draft or Scheduled content panel, scroll to the newsletter you want to edit.
    
3. When you find the newsletter, click on the Edit button below it.
   
   
   
   The newsletter is displayed in the Content panel and you can edit what you want. In the Draft or Scheduled panel, the Edit button for this newsletter turns into Editing and is disabled. 
   
   
    
4. To save the changes, click on the Actions button and select:
   • Draft if you want to continue editing later
   • Schedule content if you want to schedule the newsletter for sending later
   • Publish content if you want to send the newsletter right away

If you want to discard your changes, click on the Cancel button.
