Can I request a number that is not on Sinch’s list?

In countries where we do not have numbers in our inventory, you can submit a request to get a number. 

1. Go to the Sinch Build Dashboard. 
    
2. On the left menu, select Numbers. Then, Get virtual numbers. The Get virtual numbers page is displayed:
   
   
   
   Enter your criteria and Search for a number. If we have none in our inventory, an option to  request a number will appear. Click Request number.
    
3. The Request number form is displayed:
   
   
   
   This form contains information about your request and the form will vary depending on your previous selections.
   
   Complete the requested information and click Continue. 
   
   Note: You will be prompted to upgrade your account if you have not done so. 
    
4. The request will be handled by the Sinch team.
